Used to see a lot 30 years ago but now my job keeps me very busy without much time to sew. Invested in a Bernina sewing machine several years ago from Janean’s Bernina. Thanks to the great machine and suggestions from Janean and helpers through discussion and the class that you receive with your purchase, I have been able to create personalized projects for my grandsons which makes me very happy. Thank you Janean for the inspiration and training you offer. You make sewing so much fun!
Excellent service. I thought I needed to buy a new foot pedal and a new table. But one phone call and a $3 part later it was all fixed! Fast, honest, helpful.
Today was my first time going to Janean's Beeline in Pasco. I will definitely be back. They were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and have an excellent selection of items. I wish I knew about them earlier I would have been shopping there sooner.
This store is the meaning of real customer service. so appreciated the one on one attention as soon as I walked in I didn’t have to wait my machine was repaired I really appreciate all of them for their service Great job team
I just called Janean's with a question about a problem with my machine (operator error) and the man was so kind and helpful taking me through several steps trying to resolve it -- it was resolved, I'm not even a customer (yet), I purchased my machine at another store that had closed down, the owner recommended that if there are any problems to go to Janean's because they are great - and I agree. I look forward to meeting the owner(s) in person and checking out the store.
