Used tri city carpet for a remodel on our house and the process was quick and painless. I am not an interior designer by any means but the owner was super helpful in picking out what did work and scheduling with a contractor to get it installed. Will use again in the future when needed!

Great people to work with! I'm one of those people that take forever to make a decision, so for 4 years I went back & forth on what to do with my floors. Kathy was super patient, gave me terrific advice on whatever my latest whim was. When I finally made my decision they handled every part of the process including advising me on the remodel of my fireplace to ensure it blended well with the floors I chose.nTheir installer did a fabulous job on what turned out to be a somewhat difficult remodel. Can't be more pleased.

Lots of selection with carpet, tile, hardwood and laminate flooring. They also offer many counter top choices. Kathy and her team offer great one on one service, installation and personal inspection of the tile and carpets they have provided me over the years. They also have an interior decorator on staff.
