Have had great 3 months of service so far!
Just started using this internet provider, after a horrible experience with Frontier! I love how you can call and talk to a real person! Thank you, Amanda for your excellent customer service! The technician was also very professional and efficient! Hope to stay with the company for years to come!nnThe only thing I wasn't impressed with is how I paid the hookup fee, prior to the technician coming out. Once he arrived, he quoted an even higher price that he was expecting. Not sure what the confusion was, but I paid the $150 fee the day before and was told by the technician we owed him $200.
After using a landline provider with slow service we decided to give CMS a try. So Happy We Did. The internet is fast and reliable. When calling for customer service you speak to someone locally and they can quickly address any issue. We reccomend CMS to anyone who asks about our provider!
Installation of internet service was done a little over a year ago, and that was done very well, and accommodating. Since that time, the service has been great and the speed has been very good -- plan on sticking with them for a long time. Thanks again.
