Ferris State provided catering service for our reception July 2019. The food and service was great and they provided linens, napkins and silverware. The reason i am not giving 5 stars is because after telling us they would provide drinks, they took EVERYTHING away after not even 2 hours. It was a hot day and all our guests were thirsty and uncomfortable. All of the food was gone and I (bride) had barely eaten anything, went back for more and it was gone. Furthermore, 1 week after our reception i received an email stating they had not received payment. I messaged back and had stated everything was paid for in full. They responded apologizing for the accusation but after spending nearly $1,000 i guess i was disappointed with the drink situation, not keeping any of the food and then being accused of not paying. Looking back, i probably would have gone else where.
