Unbelievable experience trying to deal with this place. I did as they instructed and they still refused to call my medicare supplemental insurance as they were considered the ‘provider’ by my insurance company for a vaccine and the insurance company was more than willing to work with them if they would call. Nope. Wouldn’t even consider it! Why do we pay taxes?
