I have never been treated disrespectfully or had any issues getting parking permits. They have always been polite and very helpful and I am not even a student.

It's honestly a disgrace to call this a public safety department. They were rude, unfair, and injustice when concerned was expressed.

I went to buy a temporary parking pass and I was very unpleased. The service was very rude to start with. Second she was going to charge me six dollars for 2 and a half days because my orignal vehicle wasn't disabled. But I needed this pass because I left my car (the vehicle with the permit) to my dad because his vehicle was in an accident and being fixed.
