I use the post office A LOT and this is by far the worst one I have ever used. The woman with the short, dark hair is miserable. The day I went in to mail packages, she was wearing a tulle (mesh) mask, kept cutting me off when I was asking questions so she never actually heard (or answered) my whole question and told me that my packages weights were off (they weren't) before she even weighed them! I have changed my shipping address so that they no longer get credit or money for all the packages I mail daily (usually 3+) and I use a GR post office to do shipping and buy stamps. If you need to interact with a human when you go to a post office, avoid this one.
Always great service and I ship packages daily from here with no problems at all.
My Informed delivery mail lost 2 times, all important documents. Reported online and ticket was close without any explanation, went to the office in person to seek for help, was told to submit a case online (which I did and was closed before I came there!).nCompletely disappointed.
Bad costumer service most of the times.
Package undeliverable but address was correct, not sure why they won't deliver. I try calling, they put on hold then they hang up after 5 minutes of waiting. Tried called 6 times now on 3 different days.
