My fiance had her wedding band made by them and asked for emeralds to be put in to the ring on multiple occasions. When we got the ring it had diamonds in it and refused to acknowledge their mistake. And stated that since the salesperson did not make a note in the system about the emeralds, there is no proof.
The best customer service and product knowledge! Came in for a special birthstone gift for my grandaughters first baby's birth....wonderful selections and walked out with a beautifully gift wrapped package! I was as thrilled to give it as she was to receive it!!
