Wonderful experience shopping here. I feel that this TSC has a much better selection of livestock feed than the Mt. Pleasant one does.
I was checked out by an associate named Jes. I explained to her that I have shopped here many times (not this location, but TSC in general) and that I've never gotten one coupon.nnShe checked and discovered that I did not have an email address in the system. I have mentioned this issue in previous visits and she is the first to look into it. Others told me to keep watching out or check my spam.nnI was so thrilled with her. I would come back to this location alone because of her and her customer service skills.nnShe is a true gem.nnThank you again Jes!
The TSC in Big Rapids has the nicest staff.nAt all of the TSC's that I go to, they will price match if I find a better price advertised. The item doesn't even need to be the same brand, as long as it has the same spec's.nnPlus, TSC allows me to take my dog inside their stores. This is a really big time saver, during the Summer months. I don't have to think about whether I can drop in or not, because they let my pip come in with me.
Better than family farm, wish this location had a bigger store. But I usually am able to get most of the basic ranch stuff here.
Store was neat & organized. I was greeted inside the store and asked if I needed assistance by a very pleasant woman. Checkout was quick and smooth. Cashier was also very pleasant. They had what I came in for. Couldn't ask for anything more.
