I took a bridesmaid dress in to get the bottom hemmed only in a 3-week time frame. When I went to pick up the dress the first time, the back of the dress was hemmed appropriately, but the front and sides were still too long. I called multiple days in the week that followed to inquire about when it would be ready. I only got a return call half an hour before the store closed the day before I needed the dress. When I went in the next day, the hem was still off - about a foot of the dress left of the slit was an inch and a half longer than the other side of the slit. I did not have any time left for the dress to be fixed again, so I took it as is. When I was trying to pay, I noticed a surcharge sign for paying with card. I paid cash but was still charged the card surcharge. I cannot trust this tailor to alter dresses appropriately are charge a fair price.
Excellent job, they fix all my many different needs, from Jacket zippers to dress straps, and they have a great turn around time. Located in Downtown Big Rapids
