I went here for laser hair removal. At first Lisia is fabulous, very nice lady and got back to me promptly. Then came covid time so my appointments got pushed back due to her being closed. Totally no fault of her own but also not mine. When she was able to open again I made an appointment and on the phone I asked if being delayed would mess up the treatments. The response I got was “yes but it is what it is” no extra appointments, nothing. Just whatever. So I continued my treatment. Then came my last appointment and I tried calling SEVERAL times to reschedule BEFORE my appointment came. Still to this day no return calls, no nothing and my final appt was supposed to be in October. I know I’m not the only one who has wasted money coming here. I do not recommend beginning treatment at this place. She doesn’t care about the money or time spent getting results desired for clients. Not happy that I wasted my money here.

Lisia does amazing work and goes above and beyond with customer service. Absolutely, the best place for laser hair removal. She has a ton of experience and takes the time to answer all your questions--and with a groupon, you can't beat the price!

I do not recommend going here. I went about a year ago now to get a little bit of hair on my upper lip removed after just one seson i had so much more hair i couldnt believe it. I called her to figure out what was going on and took me for ever to get ahold of her and she seemed more worried about the fact that it was going to cost me more to come in and get it dealt with i didnt care about that just wanted the issue delt with. I didnt trust going back to her. She never once mentioned anything about the fact that it could cause me to have more hair growth then what i started with. Now i have a way bigger issue then started with and have to go somewhere else to get it delt with.
