Sat on hold for over an hr waiting for someone to answer the phone, all just to see where I'm at on the covid list for my shot. Covid may come faster then they answer the phone.

Be prepared to wait forever to get your shot with them, much better going through a pharmacy and the older lady helping has a really bad attitude
