If anyone needs a new roof, this is by far the best company I have ever worked with. The tech was an insurance claim and Avalon Roofing Services were so patient and kind waiting for their payment. He knew they would get it and went out of her way to make me feel great. I will refer Pioneer to everyone I know. FANTASTIC SERVICE!!
After calling several companies; the response time, detailed quote and follow-up was what got them the business. Installed a metal roof and can honestly say they are awesome. They did not waste any time in making things happen and finished prior to the expected date. Very professional, on time every day and never had to clean up after them which is rare with vendors. Great service and the daily email I got from the office made it easy to know exactly what was happening and what the plan for the day was. Would recommend to anyone as for me it went flawless.
Avalon Roofing Services did a wonderful job. Their professionalism and concern for our pets was beyond what is expected. The whole team at Perry made this experience non stressful and very pleasant. They are hard working, neat and very clean at the site. They even got to me ahead of my original date. I would highly recommend them. They may not be the cheapest but you get what you pay for and this service was well worth it.
I can’t say enough good things about Avalon Roofing Services. From start to finish they have done everything that meets expectations and beats their competitors. Great customer service. Answered any questions we had. Had no unforeseen surprises. Work was done extremely timely. Had no delays. Roof was done in two days. Clean up was good for a roofing company. They took care of the inspections and set up the wind mitigation inspection. Couldn’t be happier. So glad we went with our gut on this project as they beat the other more well known company hands down. Thank you!
