I had terrible customer service. Retail associate was very rude and unfriendly. I would not recommend anyone going there.
The workers are liars and rip offs. It’s useless to try to talk to the manager, they magically forget stuff they added to your bill. I’ll NEVER use Verizon again.
They make you stand outside in the cold because they have to clean if you come in. Cigarette butts everywhere trash..its gross!
My phone died on a Friday late afternoon found this Verizon store online. It was a nicely located store, well staffed with no wait. Connor was knowledgeable and efficient. Everybody in there was friendly. I was able to quickly pick out a new phone they transferred my data gave me a free tablet, the accessories I needed and I was back home in just about an hour. An overall great experience.
This has been the best wireless experience I've ever had. The staff here go above and beyond to meet all need . If I have any troubles they will go the extra mile to take care of anything within their reach. Thank you for the internet device and great service.
