We went in to get my daughter a new phone because her I phone was not working properly. We made it very clear that she had just graduated from college and had been submitting a ton of applications for employment and that ALL of her calls and texts would need to transfer to her new phone. We were assured that this would take place. However, shortly after we left the store we found out that this was not the case. Only some of her calls and texts were transferring. Upon returning to the store, we were told that Ray forgot to set a particular setting to allow her to receive calls from Android phones. Both him and his manager assured us they would fix this. We have heard nothing and another 24 hours has passed. We called back and he answered acting as if he had no clue what we were talking about. Then proceeded to be extremely rude and talk over us. He said there is nothing he can do to help us and it is not his fault and not his problem. You make a mistake, YELL at a customer for YOUR mistake and then tell us pay a restocking fee. FIX YOUR MISTAKE! Horrible customer service! 8 phones on our account and this is the horrible service we get after being a loyal customer!

I went into the store for a problem on my phone. The Mobile Expert there, Nhahin, did a great job fixing the issue and explained what to do in the future as well! Very patient and excellent customer service.

So the two employees that were working on 11/16/20 Monday night had some of the best customer service I've ever experienced!! These twi gentleman went over and beyond the call to help me.... I really hope the T-Mobile recognize these employees because they are the front lines of your business and give u the name and respect of the community.... Thank you guys you were awesome!!

Really good customer service.nnAlso great stock... Did not have to wait 3-5 days to get what I wanted, unlike some other T-Mobile stores.
