Oksana worked diligently with my husband and I to get our new accounts set up. Great service when we came to switch over from another carrier! Adrianna and Hannah were waiting for us and helped us out through the whole process. So last Monday I purchase a phone through this Verizon. The sales representative was very friendly and helpful. Had some issues with the phone I purchased. He went way out of his way to make sure things were right. If you're looking to spend a thousand or morethis is definitely the place to go because they stand behind what they sell. Spending that kind of money you want to make sure you're buying a product the company stands behind. Thank you Laurence it was definitely a pleasant experience doing business.
