I don't usually leave reviews, since I understand that customer service is not the easiest job, however at this location please COACH your sales reps about basic T-mobile promotions, and basic customer service skills as far as listening to a customer and what the customer wants. If a customer brings up something (a promotion), it would be nice to simply find out about the promotion by calling your manager or even customer service to double confirm!
I added a new line on my business account and I was very satisfied with their customer service. I high recommend going to Arman, he provided me all the details and overall a great customer service. Definitely will be going back to this store next time!
I just recently switched over from Metro PCS and I went into this location. The service was outstanding. I had the representative Sanir help me out and made everything turn out smoothly. The manager of the store was there, Andy and he told me about the best deals and the best options. Great services and helpful staff is a 10/10 for me.
