Burlington

Normally I have a good experience shopping at this store but today was a co plate change for the worse. They only had 2 registers open, both of which were held up with customers with large purchases. I waited in line for about 20 minutes before they opened a third register and called me up. I asked to speak with a manager before my transaction completed to voice my concerns about the wait time. The manager came over and was very argumentative with me and lied to my face about the wait time. She told me the girl who opened the third register had only just came into the store to start her shift but I had stood in line watching the girl tidy up the checkout lane and stand around at the checkout door. The manager argued with me because I asked why she had allowed the line to get so long before calling anyone up - she was on a register helping a customer and seemed to think I was accusing her of not working so she got very offended. I tried to explain that I knew she was working but she still could have been watching the line and called someone up. The manager did not seem willing at all to hear any of my concerns or complaints and even less willing to do anything to make the situation better. I ended up leaving without purchasing the items I had picked out. I will not be returning to this store which is unfortunate because it has been my favorite place to buy purses for many years.

Very sweet associates work here. Especially Susan who usually greets us and sanitize the carts. She's very sweet and friendly. Eva is a very nice manager as well

Found way too many good deals.

Went to our sterling heights factory tonight, waited in line. When we finally got in...awful!! No merchandise...store was a mess. So disappointed. Never seen this store like this. Was hardly any products. The clothes that were hanging in the racks looked like all the same things that were there the last time I was there before the pandemic. I went there to buy picture for my newly renovated home. None!!! I was and have been one if Burlington s biggest fans. So upset and unhappy. Might have to find a new favorite place. Better restock and clean up.
