Never received a bill and was charged 15% fee. Called multiple times and left multiple voicemails to never receive a call back. Spoke with Jerry the supervisor who began to tell me he cannot control the mail(which I completely agree) but either can I. Looking for them to do the right thing and remove the 15% penalty. Jerry told me there is nothing he could do but at the end of the day it was nothing he wanted to do. I know this because I sat on hold for 30 minutes while one of the 4 girls in the office picked up the phone and said they were refunding me $42.00 go to find out she thought she was connected with someone else named Jessica. This is no way to take care of anybody let alone someone who did everything they could to correct the situation before it got worse.
