KSI was fantastic for our kitchen remodel! Brooke Dando was tremendously helpful. She guided us through the entire process from beginning to end. She helped find durable cabinets, countertops, sink, and fixtures within our budget and helped to coordinate colors for us. The schedule of cabinet installers, plumbers, electricians, etc. was like clockwork- we knew exactly when everyone was coming and our project was kept on track, it was even finished ahead of schedule! Everyone involved in our remodel project was incredibly friendly, informative and helpful. Even after our project was done, KSI has been incredibly responsive to any small detail or problem that has arisen. For example, we had a leak months after the project was complete, but we couldn't tell where the water was coming from. KSI came back that very day to check our plumbing and found it was our dishwasher, which was not their fault at all, but they were so helpful in determining what was going on. Top notch all the way, would highly recommend!!! Thank you Brooke, Mike, and the rest of the team :)

We worked with Sue Eble (Macomb showroom) on a whole house remodel. Kitchen, laundry, and 2 bathrooms. She had so many suggestions to make our kitchen truly unique with tons of really beautiful storage solutions. She also showed us 3D images of what the kitchen would look like completed which was really helpful. She almost doubled the cabinet space we had before without changing the size of our kitchen. KSI carries several cabinet manufacturers, so we had no problem choosing a cabinet within our budget. She also drew up several options for our laundry room which we could choose from. We are highly satisfied with the product, and follow-up support we got from KSI and Sue.

Sandra was very creative and listened to my ideas. Mark and his crew were efficient, on time, polite and did great quality work. We love our new master bathroom! My husband commented the other day that every time he walks in the bathroom he just loves how it turned out.
