Apple Partridge Creek

Showed up with an iPad that wasn’t even a year old that had completely stopped working. 4 employees and 1 customer inside with no other customers waiting. 2 security guards prevented me from entering and stated I needed an appointment. Called Apple to schedule an appointment and said they only schedule for that store 1 week out and they are booked. I explained to the Apple representative that there is literally 1 customer, 4 employees, 2 security guards and no other customers in line. Apple representative tried calling the store twice to see if they would allow me in the store and the representative stated no one would answer. Representative then asked me to put my phone on speaker so she could talk to them, security guard heard this since I had it on speaker and wouldn’t let me in. He went in spoke to the manger, mind you, the single customer that was there had already left and the store was empty with 3 employees and 1 manager standing around, and the manager told security it is by appointment only. The employees and manager have no clue or understanding of customer service. I could understand if the place was busy with people in line, but that was not the case. Sometimes you have to bend your rules to take care of a customer that bought your product and it is faulty. 30 minutes had gone by with 1 customer taken care of. Apple should be thankful they have partners like cellular companies and stores peddling their products, because if you had to rely on the customer service of Apple stores like this, their revenue would be terrible.

What is the purpose of having a physical location if the only way you can enter is by appointment. My first visit to this location finds 3 security guards at the entrance asking if we have an appointment. I get they want to reduce contact with Covid-19 being an issue. But they are not the only retailer doing business during this pandemic. They need to find a better way. Apple makes it too difficult to conduct business. Its easier to buy a car and take physical delivery on the same day than it is to buy an Apple phone. Definitely will not be back.

Had the best service I’ve ever had anywhere from apple today. As arrived was told I had to have appointment from someone outside and it would take a week to get in and had to go make appointment over on line. So I went over to make appointment waited no more than a min and was greet by Tonya and I explained the issues I was having with new download and how it affected my hearing, she had me follow her I the store and immediately brought someone else in and after a short time I watched as they did more that I ever expected and got my hear device working correctly again. Thank you to all who helped! I’ve never seen such great service as I was watching others come in and were seen immediately. Great team and service!!ud83dude0a

I went to the store with my 12 year old daughter to see what was with her phone and I was told that my 12 year old daughter will have to stay outside because they are only letting one person in the store. With all of the child abductions going on why do they think it would be safe to leave my child standing outside by herself and in the cold. If I did that anywhere else the police will be arresting me for child neglect. This is the most stupid rule that the Apple store could have made.

ALWAYS A MILLION PEOPLE IN LINE. The line goes out of the store and into the path where I'm walking. SUPER annoying. I would never buy an Apple product bc obviously there always something wrong. Which explains the millions of people standing outside the store.
