Best customer service , been to many stores around and no one cares like these guys do. They treat me like family and not just a number. Great guys over there.
Sprint has to be the worst phone company I’ve ever dealt with. Trying to call to talk to someone and you cannot get a human to talk to. Everything is prompts to choose, and the prompts don’t even answer my questions. This goes for all Sprint locations, not just this one. If you are looking into a phone plan, choose AT&T. The price is worth being able to call and actually work through questions and issues with a customer service representative.
Place has really changed since T mobile took over. Staff was rude. Didn’t leave the counter to assist with choosing a phone when we were the only ones in the store. AVOID THIS STORE.
The guys here are very smart and professional Mark KutulA is a good friend and I highly recommend the iPhone 11 I’m very happy with everything it’s not cheap here but they do have quality product.
