I had an issue with sizing and had to exchange something for the second time. I happened to be by this location so I popped in and was so happy to have Ariana greet me at the door. She made sure to get everything taken care of quickly and delivered fantastic customer service. Super friendly, professional, and followed up when I was leaving to make sure everything was taken care of, very happy I stopped here and had her to help me!

I had an excellent shopping experience here today: I made an appointment and was immediately taken into the store. The sales associate was friendly and helpful and kept my fitting room open while I shopped and tried on items. . The store was easy to move around in, not overly packed with people, and was well stocked. At checkout the associate was helpful and polite as I was returning and purchasing items. This store got it right! I will definitely shop here again!

Had never been to lululemon before but received a gift card so went to the Partridge Creek location and Was helped by Joe. He was SO nice and helpful. During these difficult times it’s amazing to find people like Joe. I’ll be back, and I love my purchases.

This is a late but necessary review.nnI had to race to this location Christmas Eve morning after being informed by Lululemon that they had messed up and my orders had not shipped. Long story short, I had two items for my son bcuz nothing had shipped!nnAt the time, 12/23 at approximately 8:30 pm Lululemon was NOT helpful on the phone! They have since remedied that to my satisfaction! They actually were very generous and I’m very thankful!!!nnOn Christmas Eve morning I had no shopping reservation & no slots we’re available but showed up anyway!nnI explained my situation to Myra and she KINDLY allowed me in to shop for items for my son and actually had someone help me find items as the inventory was low!nnThank you Myra & I apologize that this is late! Thank you also Lululemon for righting the situation and keeping a lifelong customer!!

I love lulu this has nothing to do with their clothing but it does have to do with their covid set up and the workers at this location. I stood in line for 30 minutes to find out it wasn’t even a line, it was a line for after you sign up for a virtual line. Mind you it’s 30° out. They left no type of sign about it not being a line to get in until you get to the very front. None of the workers wanted to tell the customers. So then I joined the online waitlist at 5:00pm and I was at the mall until 6:30pm waiting for my spot from 17 go down to 1. It is now 8:50pm and I’m still in spot number 8 mind you they closed at 7 tonight for the holiday extended hours. The lady behind me I feel really bad for people her spot in line was up and she stood behind me the entire time I also stood there. I don’t think she ever got in either. Find a better set up! Makes me not wanna buy anything. I’ve wasted so much money here just to stand outside of a store looking like an idiot.
