I am a big fam of shopping with this company especially the aerie at this location. Every time I come in to shop I see my favorite employees Alyssa,Megan,and Natalie. They are the kinds young ladies ever they never fail to help me to make my shopping experience a good one! I know working in retail can be hard but under those mask they never fail to have a smile upon their faces. Working during this time can be hard and frustrating and these girls seem to know what to do to keep their customers happy. Along what all the other employees at American Eagle and Aerie especially these 3 girls always give me a positive shopping experience!!

This is the only store I go to at this mall to shop for clothing. I love the variety of styles they carry and the employees are always very friendly, aside from one associate. She was on the shorter side and had red hair, not easy to miss. It was only noon when I came in, and it was sad to see her attitude already so negative so early in the day. I picked out an item in the sale room that said “50% off” and when it rang up full price I mentioned where I found it, in hopes the price would be adjusted. The negative associate came over and just seemed so unhappy to “help” me. She gave no “I’m sorry for the misunderstanding, that item is full price and shouldn’t have been on the 50% off rack,” instead she blew off what I said, rolled her eyes, and oh-so-happily obliged to go check again for me. She never came back and instead I saw her walk pass me. In the end I used my birthday coupon, which I wanted to save for my vacation. I shop here all the time and this specific employee’s attitude masked any positive interaction I had with anyone else here :(

I came to the store this week and talked to a worker named Jenny. Extremely rude. Talks down to people and acts annoyed when u ask for help. Will not return if I see her in store. Really disappointed- all other experiences have been good!

All of my shopping experiences here have been incredibly pleasant thanks to my preferred associate, Desiré. From her red hair, to her positive energy, she is always bright and positive. Just from our shopping experiences, you can tell that she is always ready and excited to help! Ironically, as I went to post this review I saw another review identifying her as an unhelpful associate by a user who seems to only post negative reviews. Everything considered, that review seems to be so far from the truth. The staff here is always really sweet and accommodating. However, keep in mind that this is a corporate company which has to follow corporate procedure. Desiré, I thank you for all of your help. You are sincerely a great contribution to the team and if it wasn’t for you, I don’t think I would frequent Aerie as often!
