I was pulled over by a cop who had been following me for a mile with his headlights off. I had no idea any cars were behind me until he had turned his sirens on! Last time I checked, police officers still have to abide by traffic laws. It's pretty clear that Adrian makes most of it's money from the Police and is incentivized to target college kids because we have at least some money. The latino cop was especially aggressive, trying to get me to admit to something I had not done. I respect our first responders but not this department.

I had an encounter with one officer who told me he would arrest me if I didnt give him ID when I wasnt required to. Other than that great department and always friendly to me so far. If there is no parking on the street there is a parking lot just South. They will help you and have a good conversation with you too!

I have 30 years of experience dealing with them, driving and just walking. All of them drive like race car drivers and never use signals. If you do have an encounter record it!
