I tried calling this office several times today for tax information during its posted open office hours. The phone rang 4 times then hung up each time. No voice mail service. The online property tax site's security certificate expired months ago, so it's not safe to access.

Very nice people work here. It would be excellent, however, if Lenawee County would come into the 21st century with updated technology. Little things like the ability to take a debit or credit card, auto draft, wire transfers etc.

Very rude and demeaning on the telephone. Definitely not professional or equipped to interact with the public. Just do inquiries VIA mail
