This is my favorite local post office! Every single employee is helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable. They are all friendly, too. I don't have a single complaint, and I stop there at least three times a week.
Stopped at Belmont Post Office today 1/6/2021 at noon. The woman working there did not wear a mask and did not pretend to think she should. The gentleman did have a mask. I don't know why the worker wouldn't protect her customers. Won't go there again!
Small. But, has required supplies and they stocked the shelves for weekend pickups.
Despite me already having my passport application completed and a photo in hand and them having two staff members with no other customers they refused to help me. The government and their employees are completely inept and if you want a clear example go here!
There is a very nice and polite woman there who knows her stuff! Hence, 2 stars. I don't know who works in the back room. But, they constantly are late getting my mail to me! When a company or service tells me they mailed my statement, product ETC. A week to ten days previously, i get irritated!! This happens ALL the time!! I was supposed to get a photo today to frame for a gift, and the party is tonite!! Ugh!! I know it is sitting at the P.O.! But its 3pm on Sat. They are simply lazy!! The photo company emailed me and said i would receive NO LATER than TODAY'S DATE!!
