These guys are FAST and very reasonable. They rebuilt the hinge on an old laptop and sold us a reconditioned laptop for less than half the price of a new one, with a guarantee. On top of it they transferred the old hard drive from my wife's old laptop for no charge. THIS is what a computer store should be.
