Took my Dell tower for diagnosis and possible repair. First, they diagnose your computer quickly but completely and accurately, for free! Offered an affordable repair solution with used, but tested/warranted parts. There was a misunderstanding about what I wanted, and a change to the work from what I expected, but when I clarified my needs, they corrected the problem. Highly recommended, honest, expert professionals!

Lot of talk but less results. One of there guys John talks a lot and shows off his knowledge. But when it comes to fixing a laptop, his typical response: sorry, can't fix, can't assemble a new laptop for you, just go and buy a new one from Best Buy or Office Depot. Well, I already know that. I came to your store to fix my laptop and not to buy a new one!
I took my computer to Imperial and they were so kind and friendly. They worked with me and helped find a part for a lower cost to help out. I felt like they answered all my questions and they had my computer done super quick! I greatly appreciate all they did!! I highly recommend Imperial for any computer needs!
The guys at ICS are everything a business should be. Friendly, responsive, and they have very reasonable prices. In fact, I asked for a RAM upgrade and they said I didn’t need it. I had them do it anyway but I was very impressed that they didn’t jump on the opportunity to upsell me on something they thought I didn’t need. That’s how a business should be run!
