The staff at this store is always very accomodating. Today I needed a number from company x ported over to my T-Mobile account and it was a bit of a challenge. Jawan was very patient dealing with me and carrier x on the phone. Badda boom badda bing and I'm out the door mission accomplished.nCustomer service is excellent and this location is superior.

Everyone at (6755 Kalamazoo Ave.) was amazing especially India ,who in my 15+ years of retail experience is one of the most diligent CSR's I have ever met. There were several problems with my account and phone (with T-Mobile not the store) and she spent probably about an hour working to fix these issues. What also surprised me was the willingness of the other employees to each take an issue and work on it while I was waiting rather than just having India do all of them. That is excellent teamwork. I will continue to ONLY go to this store even though it's 10 miles away from my home. It is well worth the drive.
