Chris booked our trip and gave us 2 options for a rental car. She had not properly vetted both rental companies and the one we chose (for $95) cancelled our car 24 hours before our trip. Chris found us another car but we had to pay $1600 up front for a 3 day rental and then hope we got reimbursed from the booking agency she used for the cost difference. When I complained she blamed me for choosing the wrong car rental agency! I will never use Cruise Connections again and could never recommend them due to this unprofessional behavior. Advice: book your trip yourself on line for free. Travel agents are a rip off and you can do it yourself just as easily.

Travel agents. Very honest, home town feel, they help with groups or individuals with intelagent answers. They come up with great ideas for just thinking of a trip people.
