An older woman working at the pharmacy around 6:45-7:15 on 02/19; had her mask down below her chin while facing away from the other workers, facing the body wash section. She put it up as soon as she saw me. I'll be switching pharmacies immediately. Also rude customer service.

There's been a number of times now when I've requested changes to my pick-up time and date and they've just... been ignored? Not gone through? Whatever it is I don't get my medications and whenever I call or go in they always direct me to the same SMS service that didn't work the first time.

Last 3 times they didn’t have my medication in stock. Wish I would have stayed with Walgreens.

Very poor customer service. Take your prescription to Walgreens and you'll get better service!

I've had trouble with an insurance claim and its confused getting my son's perscriptions. Staff has been unhelpful resolving and several have seemed annoyed with my questions.nnI understand there are moving pieces and multiple parties to contact to resolve but each pharmacy tech suggests something different.nnThis is the first time I've had a real issue here but the way staff reacts has me questioning why I go here and all I can figure is I like the drive thru.
