Friendly staff - tons of demand; they still do their job with a smile.nnBook your appointment on line before you go; next day-appointments are released only at 8am and noon each day. So the more you plan the better off you will be.nnCheck constantly as the mechanics of who goes into the office happen often.
It was excellent service. Denise waited on me and she was a perfect employed. It was one of my best experiences ever at the secretary of the state.
I do understand we're in a panademic or at the tail end of it, took me over 3 months to get to my appointment that was scheduled at 12: 20. Pretty simple transaction of transferring a title. Shortly after 1:00 p.m. I was on my way out. I had no issues with the staff but If we're concerned about this virus there is absolutely no sanitizers in the building whatsoever, we all touched the same pens, nobody cleaned the eye testing machine in between uses. Nobody cleaned the screen that prompts you through the transaction that you have to touch. So I'm a little confused on why I had to wait 3 months, for an appointment that I'm scheduled that still takes me over 40 minutes.
Quick service I love the appointment plan. Everyone was pleasant and professional
For having to go in the middle of COVID-19, my visit went very well! They extended the hours to accommodate people renewing their licenses. I was able to get in without waiting in a line, people were spread apart properly, and you can tell they were doing their best to keep everyone as safe as possible. Easiest visit to the Secretary of State I've ever had. I was in and out in less than fifteen minutes.
