We were greeted shortly after entering the store by Scott and were given time to browse alone thankfully. Scott was available as questions arose and answered them accurately. We ordered a table and six chairs and custom umbrella. We are very happy with our decision and anxiously await the delivery.nThanks Scott!!
Watson’s has an extensive showroom of lovely outdoor furniture, hot tubs, billiard tables, large sectionals and bar accessories. Melinda was very helpful and attentive. It made me feel much more confident to be able to try out the chairs and sofa before purchasing a new set for our screened in porch.
Service was great. Great selection of what I was looking for and sales staff helped us custom order. Friendly staff also
Update 4/2021: Still no update from Watsons customer service/warranty department since NOV 2020 to address issue with our furniture or processing of credit.nnWe bought a outdoor patio set in OCT 2019, after limited use and storage we noticed when cleaning the set off in APR of 2020 a few of the chairs coating began to flake off. We started the warranty replacement process, and it has been a nightmare to say the least. In the end the warranty is being issued from patio set manufacturer, and Watson's has separated themselves from this process at every step. After over 20 emails and numerous phone calls all initiated by myself I am still without any credit. Last update was that credit processing took 12-14 days back in NOV 2020. Still nothing. I highly suggest this be a point of discussion for any purchase you make through this company. We will not be returning customers.
I purchased a new viking spa here 1 year and two months ago. While sitting in the tub my wife and imelled smoke and the breakers started popping. Come to find out the whole control pack was melting. The repair department said it was because of a loose wire. The wiring was done by a licensed professional. I contacted the electrician and he informed me the manufacturer had put too small of lugs to connect wires to.after i informed watsons they still charged another 800 dolls plus to repair. Nice i pay 5000.00 for a hot tub and just outside of a year i have to pay another 800 dollars. Never again will i buy there
