Out of every mcdonalds out of a couple hundred orders ive placed here they have only made a few mistakes its fast food and there human no one is perfect 100% of the time but there close they are always friendly and they for got my mozzarella sticks only once when they had them a couple years ago. And every once in awhile i get old fries but price convenient and honesty every once in awhile people are off there game but i love the first impression here always 100% and friendly which is really hard to find. Thank you for being my number 1 mcdonalds. Lot a people here for one lane to be open
Food was cold and they forgot fries in my son's happy meal and the extra fries in my other happy meals. Came back around to get the fries and the gave them more cold and old.fries.
It's Mcdonalds. If you you don't know what to expect then I welcome you to earth. Please don't destroy us new alien overlords.
Literally the only McDonalds in Kalamazoo/portage that doesn’t act like you’re bothering them when you show up. It’s also the only McDonalds in the area that always serves fresh food. Other McDonalds in town serve food that has been cooked 45 minutes to HOURS ago.nnAlso, the employees at this store actually wear their masks. Employees at other stores have them around their chin.
Super fast and friendly staff. Fries and food is always fresh!
