They did an adequate job, I wouldn’t say expert, but adequate. Some patches were missed on my son’s head and it’s a little uneven.
The stay-at-home order left my hair being considerably longer than usual. Nikkia cut my hair today and did a really great job. She was friendly, quick and efficient. She made sure I felt much better before ringing me up, which I appreciated. I felt bad because I meant to leave her a tip afterwards, but I hit a wrong button on the PIN pad, so I was unable to. I would definitely request to have her again!nnAlso, the ability to check-in online is a live-saver, especially with the stay-at-home order being recently lifted and everyone trying to get in at the same time. I didn't have to schedule an appointment, I just checked in online, and less than an hour later, I was walking out the door!
Mark Gilbert cut my hair. He did an awesome job... what an asset to the company!!!
