Dom was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and quite frankly the best sales person i have met so far. He helped us switch 4 lines to T-Mobile and to transfer data from old phones to new ones. We got amazing deals on trade ins to latest iphone 12 and s21. He remained extremely patient and fun throughout hours long process and made this the best experience i have ever had in a mobile store. I went in with a special needs friend (visual and auditory impairments). Tiffany was the staff person assigned to us. She did an AWESOME job and gave my friend the extra time and attention he needed to solve his problem. It was a pleasure to go there and honestly I was dreading the trip! Kudos to TMobile! I may just drop AT&T and get your service instead! Thanks!!

Very courteous and polite T-Mobile employee helped with my purchase. I wasn't pressured into buying anything I wasn't already planning on buying.nnThe process was very quick and put a nice down payment on the phone which brought my monthly payments low. She was very informative and made the trip to Tmobile that much better.nnEnded up getting the Samsung Note 20 5G. All my information was transferred over so it was a breeze. Donald was my sales person. He was amazing. My husband came in to buy an Apple phone he made sure that my husband was ready to make a transition from Samsung to an Apple. He was very knowledgeable and he was more than out for making a sale. We ended up with a Samsung, my husband needed to make sure he could handle his new phone for his job on Monday. That was a good choice. Thanks Donald
