I live in South Carolina but my daughter goes to Michigan State and she had been having issues with her vehicle. I began looking for A mechanic near her and I called Auto Surgeon and spoke to Bill. As I told him my dilemma he was very professional and told me he would help me. No unnecessary work done and no extra charges and Bill told me he would talk to my daughter to reassure her what to do if anything happens in the future. I thanked him numerous times for helping us out and for taking the time to explain everything that was wrong with the car. I would recommend them to anyone needing help with their car or truck...
Dropped off my wife's car to Auto surgeon, ended up not using their services just due to financial issues. But upon coming back to pick up the car bill was very understanding and professional and even took the time to further explain the issue he thought could be plaguing the car. Very knowledgeable and professional. It was great not feeling any high pressure like other shops. Thank you Bill for your professionalism and car knowledge.
