Feldman Chevrolet of Lansing very efficient and timely. I bought my first brand new car in 2018 after 48 years of used cars. My Equinox has been great. Love the All Wheel drive here in Michigan.
Good customer service. Stayed late to make sure that my wife and I were taken care of. Tyler and Elliot were awesome.
Service was good. This is the second time (at least) that the billing did not adhere to the quote. The first time they charged me for a service that I had already paid for through a plan. This time they added a $40 service/shop fee. Constantly being overcharged leads one to question the overall honesty of the establishment.
Extremely happy with the service I've received from Feldman. My sales rep, Roland was awesome as well! He went above and beyond as well of a couple of his coworkers that assisted with finding the vehicle that fits my needs. Would absolutely recommend.
They are wonderful and polite there and do great work i highly reckon feldmons any time
