I have called numerous times... been hung up on and disconnected after waiting 45 minutes to an hour to speak with someone. The complexity of the Medicare system is frustrating and complicated and for those of us who are extremely sick and were represented by companies who made decisions without clarification, these ramifications should NOT be held against us. I'm now not covered by ANY insurance and SSA is not helping me. This is egregious and horribly unacceptable. It saddens me that this is how our disabled and elderly are treated.

the staff at the carpenter rd office was very friendly and helpful on the phone helping me with my questions and fixing a problem. very good service!

This place is disgusting and the staff is rude and NOT helpful at all they like 2 brag that they live in the trashy part of flint missing teeth bad hygiene just like the rest of the drug addict from the state streets they brag about.
