First time going didn’t have enough braiders, took to long to do my hair cause the girl was to busy on her phone watching tv, had to move my appointment to 9:30-10 cause she didn’t have anyone to braid n had to take her daughter to school ..she made my sister come back...just to much told her not to braid tight around my edges she did anyway..the will pull you head..hair turned out cute tho..but never again

Sent pics of a specific style I wanted before my appointment. Got to the appointment and they didn’t have the color in the pics. I was told the style would take 5 to 6 hours and I was there 9. 9 HOURS! After being too tired to examine my hair the night of the next morning I don’t up and did so. After review the length of my braids are inconsistent and some in the middle are extremely short. I texted the owner and told her this and explained how I wasn’t happy. She replied that if I THOUGHT the lengths ere not the sand I could come get some end braided down Tuesday or Wednesday. I clear my schedule for Wednesday morning, I text the owner advising I was free Wednesday morning. She replied stating I would have to come at 3. I told her I have clears my schedule as I’m very busy and no where in the initial text did you say a time on Tuesday or Wednesday. A few note messages were exchanged, long story short my hair was never adjusted/fixed. VERY unprofessional, I’m still in disbelief. My valuable time and money not appreciate AT ALL. Never again.
They overbook! It be 3 braiders w/ 10 ppl needing their hair done. I went to get my hair done and the owner told me a specific time and I had to wait 5 hours before I even got started ud83eudd74 They don’t pay attention if you want a specific size or anything you just tell them a style and they do it how they want. Make sure you have your edges separated before you come if you still want them! Just ew ud83dudeae
