Fantastic service as always! Tim and Tom are always great to deal with. Have been a customer for 20 years and have purchased several items. We are never disappointed. I had an issue with a hot tub that I purchased 18 years ago. I called Tim and he had a technician Earl out the next day and diagnosed quickly and had us back up and running. I would never go anywhere else.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Our salesman wasn't pushy and spent around 3 hours with us explaining all the details as this will be our first hot tub. He was almost like an old friend. He was patient with us as we had many questions.
We bought a leather sectional from macksoods, they delivered it one of the guys dropped it and put a small chip in my new floor I just installed ,it was small so I didn't say anything to macksoods fixed it..but then they forgot a whole seat from the sectional so we called and they told us if we wanted the part to come pick it up..we asked for some money off the sectional instead the took 100.00 off..to make a long story short the couch needs that part it really doesn't look right without it ...so we called again asked to get that part and haven't heard back.. they are very nice and when we were there the service was great I j would live an answer on the section
Very helpful and friendly sales staff. Nick was my salesperson and was extremely courteous and also very patient with all of my many questions. He gave me a great deal on my new Plank and Hide pool table!
This place is phenomenal!!!!! They have a little bit of everything furniture. The sales staff is very knowledgable and friendly. Had a great experience!!!!
