Meijer Pharmacy

Great place to fill prescriptions, Great workers, but it would be nice if they were eligible for updated computers in the pharmacy. It’s kind a hard to get refills or even ask what your prescriptions are when they have to click into an individual link. I have had to reset my auto fill 4times in the last nine months. Now it is not working altogether. When asking if I’m eligible for refills they will not go through the chart with me. I have to contact the doctors for the refills. CVS usually would fax the Doctors for me so that I did not have to do this plus I would know when they were ready to be filled and get an alert when they were filled. Miejer needs updated equipment that does not stop auto fills or text alerts continuously. This is the new store they should have a new computer system. This is not the fault of the store itself this is the fault of the company. Myers corporate please update Escanaba Myers computer system doctors for me so that I did not have to do this plus I would know when they were ready to be filled and get an alert when they were filled. It would be nice if they would offer to send faxes to the doctors vs me calling multiple doctors having to go home to look at each individual med.. since the last 2pharmacy’s closed in Escanaba Meijers is overwhelmed needing more staff. I feel I was very satisfied 3 months ago and now that them two pharmacy’s closed I have been having problems. I have to call each and every thing in which is very overwhelmingud83dude2a. They will tell you themselves they are two days behind filling prescriptions unless you call early in the morning asking to get med filled.. A big thank you to Walgreens for making it a part of these contracts they have bought out that they cannot tell their clients when they are closing nor giving any notice at all making it much harder & Meijers to call over there and get their prescriptions transferredud83eudd2c

In 3 months they have not had my meds on the date they are to be refilled. Have fun off to the next Pharmacy I go.

Sat in the drive thru for 20mins to find out my prescription wasn’t ready yet. When I called it in they said Wednesday after 2pm , I was there at 3pm.said it would be a half hour. WTH, every single time. I’m ready to switch.

Worst pharmacy in town. Horrible customer service.

Drive pick up is extremely slow. They apparently can't call or send out a text if they have an issue with insurance for a prescription.
