convenient, I can swing in after work. very happy with the friendly Shipt shoppers who get my groceries for me when I'm too lazy to go in. great beer and liquor selection. layout of the store is kind weird tho.
As always a great place to shop for a bit of anything from food to clothes to pharmacy items. I love that they have organic products as well as stuff to live less chemically.
I had a horrible experience at the customer service desk. There was 5 people in line, and the person being waited on needed more assistance than the person up there could handle... So we waited over 45 minutes for service. The lady that came to help the customer service associate just helped the customer needing help, and then walked away with 5 more people still needing help. A customer in the line, asked the Iady to help us, and she just walked away stating that she isn't at customer service, she's just in charge. I work in customer service, and this was a less than desirable experience. When I talked to the team lead that was standing by the registers, she apologized, and said all she could do was get someone up there to help. I mean, she had been standing there the whole time. Then, when I finally asked, she came up there. I would think as management she would have realized that she needed to come help within the first 10 minutes of us waiting there.
I love shopping at Meijer and I love their Mperks savings! Fresh Meats and Fresh Produce everyday. The Staff are friendly and so helpful! Highly recommend shopping here.
Wonderful experience loves the flowers and plants. Floor, and shelves was clean and tidy. The experience was simple and most pleasant.
