This store gives the rental chain a bad name. I used to be a loyal Customer, but now I advocate for others to avoid it. Also in talking to others, It was not Surprising to hear about the rudeness they have also faced at that store. When the manager was informed for his employee’s rude and name calling behavior; he supported her. You have to wonder why a manger would do such thing and if they were in a relationship. Material items is not worth anyone dignity or respect. And selling televisions certainly doesn’t give you a right to disrespect or label people. I can’t wait to see this store close. Maybe then you will show some respect for the community that has supported you.
Their employee's are very rude and NOT afraid to tell you to get with the 21st century. This place will only let you rent as long as the have full access to your bank account. They will NOT ALLOW you to play with a bank card in person. This way if your account gets hacked by this company it is your loss. Their employee's need a very BIG ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT..
The staff at Battle Creek store could use pointers on how to treat the customers and what customer care and retail service is about and the proper way to react to different situations dealing with the customers at their homes.
Very kind and and very helpful people I would highly recommend
