Really unpleasant staff. I've had good experiences in the past, but today the teenage females there seemed really annoyed that we were there (we'd made an appointment and just wanted to switch our devices). They were dismissive, and we left after only a few minutes of dealing with them. We told the manager on our way out, but he didn't seem to know what to do about them. We just decided to use the website instead.
Love T-Mobile but this store is the worst. I would seriously rather get the plague than ever visit this store again. From rude, unknowledgable, and unprofessional staff to unresponsive management this is the worst experience I have had from any cell phone companies ever. After visiting, my father asked me to take him to any other store for a phone and my neighbors said that they would rather stay with boost. Visit any other location or prepare to be disappointed.
Waiting outside have not been greeted door is locked called and never mentioned this procedure. I have called 3x and no answer the young lady is just standing at the desk staring.
Wouldn't give a SIM card to my wife even though the corporate online chat told us they would for a simple upgrade. Refused. Called down the road in roseland and they took care of my wife no issue, all while saying this store has been having issues lately.
The staff member Ken has been very helpful in all my situations. I was a troubled consumer he fixed several issues for me and with my large accountnhe has been quick to answer my questions with professional responses yetnkind joyful attitude.
