I paid $196.00 To this Insurance company to add my granddaughter to my insurance policy and then they turned around and sent me a bill including the amount I had already paid in their office! I tried to resolve this issue with Darren Steele and he refused to help me! Instead I was arguing with one the agent who I handed the cash too and she continued to state that she did not receive my money! I am disgusted on the way they handle business. If you go there, make sure you get a receipt, cause they will turn around and say you never paid!
