We recently had a lift moved by the Northshore team. The communication and planning around the move was good. In addition, Northshore was able to custom fabricate a bow stop for the lift. Finally on the install, Marvin and Brad calmly worked around some complications and did the job right. Great experience. Don’t hesitate to do business with Northshore.
Staff is great. I'm sure they get asked the same questions a lot but they are not put off by it. They have a great attitude.
Northshore Dock has always done a great job for us. They are always very responsive and provide great service and products. Even when they were way behind due to COVID and extremely busy, they were able to get our dock in as soon as possible. I can only imagine what a challenge it is to service all of your customers in a very short period of time. We have had a very positive experience and I would highly recommend them.
I know where I will be buying my dock parts for now on. Hats off to Northshore Dock for standing up for the little guy and being honest. Great job see you soon.
