I'd never been to a salon for eyelash extensions before, but it was such a great experience! Cassidy did such a great job and was so sweet, and I was so surprised at how inexpensive my fill was. I highly recommend!!
I made an appointment for today at 2 o’clock for a set of acrylic nails. Got to the salon about 7 minutes early. I was not greeted for quite a while when first coming in and two stylists even checked out their clients and didn’t say anything to me while at the front. Finally about 15 minutes past 2 o’clock the girl who was supposed to be doing my nails said that my appointment somehow got cancelled. She said she saw the appointment yesterday and then it wasn’t on there today. She proceeded to make me a new appointment after she took a couple of hair cuts and I agreed. I called just now to try to cancel, I have found another place to get my service done, but couldn’t leave a message because no one was there to answer the phone and the mailbox is completely full.
I hate that this happened I had heard good things about this salon and it hurts me to say that they need to focus some attention on the customer service side of things. There are a ton of salons in cache valley to choose from and first impressions matter.

Lexie and Tiffany are the BEST! Lexie did wonderful on my oil slick style nails, and Tiffany blew my mind when she mat hed them with oil slick style hair!!!! I will be going back for sure!
