We came to this office to seek help and assistance with our applocation for TANF program. In return, we received a very unpleasant service from the worker who handles TANF cases. She didn't explain us anything about the program, treating us as beggars who are stealing money from her personal pocket. I thought this program is there to help people to pass through uneasy times in their life, but in reality this worker (here name is Diana)sits and humilates you by making harsh and hurtful comments about you and why you are there.
